Your personal Senior Property Manager is available to you 7 days a week (either by phone or email)
If your personal Senior Property Manager is unavailable at any time during business hours and you leave a message, it will be returned within 4 hours.
Emailed messages will be returned within one working day.
Your personal Senior Property Manager will communicate with you at least twice a week while your property is available to lease (unless instructed otherwise).
We work with you to establish thoughtful budgeted maintenance schedule, so you always know that your property is being well looked after, as well as your back pocket.
We will use the most efficient systems available for rent collection and in the event that your tenant ever fails to pay the rent on time we will collect the arrears with the maximum speed the law will allow.
We will deposit your rent monies into your nominated bank account within 2 working days on our monthly close off date.
All agreed property outgoings will be paid on your behalf on or before the due date (subject to funds availability)
All personal information will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to a third party without written authorisation.
The highest standards of honesty, integrity and professional practice will be conducted in compliance with the Code of Conduct of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
If we fail to meet any of these standards, you are invited to bring it to the attention of the office principal. Every endeavour will be made to ensure your freedom from doubt
